These are some frequently asked questions you might have:

Do you ship orders overseas?

Yes, we ship orders all over the world. All order communication will occur via email, so it’s very important that your email address is current. Please make sure to double-check the shipping address, too. Your phone number is optional, but it helps in case there is a delivery problem.

What are my International shipping options?

For all  international orders, FedeEx is the preferred shipping method. Please note that we do not offer Overnight or Second Day deliveries for international orders at this time.
This shipping method has $100 in insurance coverage for lost or damaged articles. It also gives us the ability to track the package. This is a fast and reliable service for our customers.

I live in the U.S., but I’d like to ship something to a friend or family member overseas. Can I do that?

Yes, you can. You’ll need to select Standard International as your shipping method. Make sure you modify the Shipping Address before clicking Submit.

How much will I pay for International shipping?
Your shipping price will be determined online by the weight of your order and the shipping destination. After the “Shipping Address” page, you’ll see price for your order.
PLEASE NOTE: CERTAIN COUNTRIES CHARGE ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS FEES AND INDEPENDENT CARRIER CHARGES. INANNA SWIMWEAR CAN’T ANTICIPATE THESE COSTS AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REIMBURSE YOU FOR ANY ADDITIONAL FEES INCURRED. BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE TO FIND OUT WHAT KINDS OF FEES YOU CAN EXPECT.
How long will it take my International package to arrive?

International orders take 1-2 days to process and, once shipped, typically arrive within 10-14 business days. However, customs inspections may cause unforeseeable delays, both when leaving Colombia and entering another country.

Are there any other charges, taxes or duties?

You may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. FedEx or Inanna Swimwear can be held liable for any additional charges you may incur. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Inanna Swimwear has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Each country has its own customs regulations that may or may not apply to merchandise or material included in your order. When ordering from Inanna Swimwear, you are considered the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Each order will be accompanied by a customs form that will document what is in the package and its dollar value. If anything is damaged, customs officials will need to know the value of the item(s). Contact your local customs office for further information.

How do I know what size I should choose?

To ensure that our Inanna Swimwear product fits you well we have a table of measurements in cm that will provide guidance and clarify which size is correct, YOU CAN FIND IT HERE. However, if you have questions, you can access the WhatsApp icon that appears on the right side of the page or at the email address ask@inannasw.com.

What happens if my order does not fit me as I thought?

You can return an item received in an international order, the time limit to inform about the change is 7 days, but exchanges are not possible at this time. Instead, you can return the unwanted item and order a new replacement separately. Refunds do not include duties, taxes, and tariffs. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original international shipping charges. Please read our Overview and Policies here.

What do I do if my product is defective?
Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise to our Online Returns address above within 30 days from the ship date. The refund amount will include the amount paid by you after any discount or reward was applied to the returned item(s) plus any original shipping charge paid by you and the return shipping costs ONLY if a copy of the shipping receipt is attached to the return form. We recommend using a carrier service that provides tracking. Please note: only standard carrier services will be refunded.

How to take care of my Inanna Swimwear suit?

  1. When you first try on our Inanna Swimwear bathing suits, be sure to wear underwear. And do not remove the plastic protector, remember that to return your product it must be unused.
  2. Always wash it with fresh water after using it.
  3. Wash your swimsuit by hand.
  4. It is recommended to wash our product with mild hand soap or detergent for delicate items.
  5. For drying. Please forget the temptation to squeeze it until you remove the last drop of water. If it does, it can damage the fibers. Hanging the swimsuit (especially by the strings) can damage it too. Instead, stretch the suit on a towel, roll up the towel and press gently. Finally, leave your swimsuit on a flat surface outdoors to dry.
  6. Avoid drying in the sun, as it may damage the color. Make sure that the swimsuit is completely dry before storing it.
  7. Alternate your bathing dress. Swimsuits need a full day to return to their usual position. If you are on vacation or use the swimsuit very often, it is essential to have more than one, so that each swimsuit has 24 hours to recover (plus the time of washing and complete drying).
  8. Always use cold water. Never wash your bathing suit in hot water, and avoid too many visits to the whirlpool.
  9. When sitting, never forget the towel – Every time you sit on the floor by the pool, on a wooden bench, or on any other rough surface, try to sit on a towel, those impromptu moments can hurt and tear the material.
